Refunds are available for Products that Zebra Media has produced to sell to the general public with the exclusion of downloadable products. If any product (DVD, CD, etc) does not play properly due to an error of ours, product must be mailed/shipped back to Zebra Media within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Downloadable products are not returnable or refundable.
